How it works.

Fuel is composed of three different sizes of molecules. They are “light”, “medium” and “heavy” molecules. The “lights” give the fuel immediate ignition, the mediums provide the main power and the heavies do not always burn completely and are emitted with the exhaust. This unburned fuel is the source of harmful emissions.

There are two main methods in which a fuel additive can improve the amount of fuel that is burned. One method, (the most typical,) is to use a highly flammable substance (hot solvents) that increases the burn temperature, which can damage pistons and valves, dry-out seals, gaskets and o-rings, and accelerate overall engine wear and tear.

“The Right Stuff” technology alters the fuel structure and increases engine compression so more of the fuel is burned. With “The Right Stuff”, the engine actually operates at a lower temperature, reducing emissions, and resulting in more miles per gallon/miles per tank. By moving the “heavy molecules” into the “medium” power category, fuel economy increases, which allows for the use of lower octane fuels with no loss of power or performance — it’s just that simple!
